I am super excited about our Disney trip so I started looking at different message boards and things like that.
Basically to read opinions on the dates I chose, and the resort I chose.
Big mistake.
I have about 10085783408440385 pages of info to read before I go on this vacation. There are 192 pages on one message board alone just about the resort we are staying at.
People who vacation at Disney often do.not.mess.around. And, by their standards, I am making last minute plans. Alot of them plan years in advance. So I spend my days figuring out where to make dinner reservations and such. I am a planner/list maker when it comes to vacations anyway....so this is just stressing me out. I guess because it is so expensive even with the deal we got...I just want to make the most of every day there. And still be able to relax and have fun. I did add extra days to the trip so we can just hang out and swim or whatever.
Scott is already tired of hearing about anything Disney related. He just cares about the golf. Period.
Oh, my sister is being induced tomorrow (Thursday)...send good thoughts her way if you can : )

It will all be worth it in the end. Has anybody suggested getting a Passporter? You can get them from the bookstore. They're FULL of great information and pockets for your tickets and just a great organizational tool to have when going to Disney.
I hope everything goes well for your sister tomorrow. I will definitely keep her and the little one in my thoughts.

I will keep your sister in my thoughts and prayers. :)
You are getting to live out a dream you have had for a long time, and I am sure you will have the time of your life. I think it's a good idea you are looking it to everything before you get there...you will have a blast no matter what you do. :)
Love ya!
lol This made me laugh because I KNOW! My family is like that! I love going on vacation to Disney with my sister cause she plans IN DETAIL. LIKE SERIOUSLY. And me, well, not so much. Dont fret though! Speaking from experience, no natter what you do, it will be fun. Even if you dont have reservations.
I could recommend a zilion things to do, but I think half the fun is looking at all your options and finding what would best suit your family!
Me? I like anyting that involves lots of eating. My hubby like to go on fun rides and have adventures. My kids just want to PLAY!
Good luck! This is one trip you are totally taking me along on...in spirit of course!
Many blessings-
Amanda
And WOWser for your sister! Pretty cool! Think you will get any pictures?
I love Disney World. It is truly magical. Just wait until you are walking along the street in Magic Kingdom, towards the castle. They have music playing and there's all these little shops... you feel like you're in another world! And there is so much to do, for all ages. You could probably be there for a month and still miss a bunch of stuff.
